Subject: Clarification and Follow-Up Regarding Return and Refund - Order# 113-9842190-3276268 and Related Orders

Dear Amazon Customer Service,

I am writing to clarify and address a situation regarding my returns and refunds for several orders. I appreciate your assistance and aim to provide detailed information to expedite the resolution process.

Incident Report

  1. Order Numbers Involved:

    • Order# 113-9842190-3276268: One pair of pants was included in this order.
    • Order# 113-2282455-9833834: This order was also for one pair of pants and has already been refunded. I am including this order to note that items from this shipment have been successfully refunded.
    • Order# 113-6784370-1289840: This order included multiple items. I kept the two compression shirts, but out of the remaining items, one polo shirt was refunded early because the box was in transit.

  2. Today's Date: 11/19/2024.

  4. Items Included in the Return but NOT Refunded Yet:

      • LETAOAO Men's Big and Tall Pants, Black, 64W x 28L.

    • From Order# 113-6784370-1289840:

      • Corna Men's Short Sleeve Moisture Wicking Performance Golf Polo Shirt, Black, 5XL.
      • Corna Men's Quick-Dry Golf Polo Shirt, Black, 5XL.
      • Wrangler Men's Trail Trekker Relaxed Fit Jeans, Overdyed Black, 64W x 30L.
      • Wrangler Men's Trail Trekker Relaxed Fit Jeans, Overdyed Black, 66W x 32L.
      • Drizzte Plus Size Men's Belt, 75'' Elastic Black Braided.

Issue Summary

I returned all items from these orders in a single box using the tracking number provided above. Initially, I believed consolidating the returns into one box would be more environmentally friendly. However, I now understand that separate boxes may have been required for proper processing.

To date, some items have been refunded, but not all. I am concerned that combining returns into one package has caused confusion.
